    Text Consultation

    Submit your healthcare-related question as a Text based consultation. You can attach your medical reports along with your question.

    How Text Consultation Work

    Ask Question

    Enter the question and details you want to share with the healthcare provider. Attach any relevant file/s if needed. If you are a first-time user, you will need to create a new account, after submitting the question.

    View Consultation Response

    You will be notified when the provider responds within the normal response time. You can then log in to your user account and then securely view their response.

    Follow up if Required

    If your healthcare provider requires clarifications and/or if you need to provide additional information, you can use the Follow-up Note option, if available for the specific consultation.
